"Smallwood Family"
Smallwood Family,
I am a new customer from Indiana. This year, I wanted to come up with a heartfelt Mother’s Day present for my mom. Last year (2022), my family and I got family pictures taken for my mom. We had not had updated pictures in awhile and she had been asking for new. 2 and a half weeks after these pictures were taken, my youngest brother passed away unexpectedly from Spinal Meningitis. My mom never got around to printing any of the pictures off. This year I wanted to get a blown up version of her favorite picture. One that sticks out the most because it represents more of who we are as a family. A family who loves deep and laughs loudly. I somehow misread delivery dates and found out it was too late to make adjustments, and didn’t think I would get this in on time for Mother’s Day, but your team went above and beyond to help me. I receive my package 2 days after it shipped! As I opened the box, tears filled my eyes at how beautiful this picture was & how beautifully made it came. I wanted to reach out and give my absolute gratitude for helping me make this Mother’s Day one to remember. You will forever have a loyal customer with my family & I.

"Simply gorgeous…"
Smallwoods framed photos are simply gorgeous. Wonderful quality and lightweight. I ordered multiple sizes and chose the stained wood option and love them all. And to top that their customer service is superb.

"Excellent first experience with this…"
Excellent first experience with this company. I had a rather large order and it was my first order from them. One of the prints came with an indent in it. Probably happened during transport. It just so happened to be the print I hung in my entry way so I see it a lot. I debated reaching out, but I did. I ended up getting a super sweet representative named Emma. I sent in pictures, she asked some questions, she was super friendly. Next thing I know she said they are sending me a new picture, I was beyond floored! I never in a million years thought they would do that! They have gained a life long customer!!!

"My walls are about to be covered in Smallwoods canvases!"
I have never ordered of imagine like this, but I cannot imagine doing it through any other company! I had sent in an imagine that was a lot darker than I had anticipated, therefor the product was dark and blurry. I emailed the company to see what I could do for an exchange, and was a timely and easy resolution! Anna and Emma were extremely helpful not only in resolving my issue with this order, but gave he told to prevent further issues with future purchases. Not only do I plan on purchasing from Smallwoods again in the future, but look forward to doing so!

"Excellent Service!"
I have nothing to complain about! I used Venmo to pay for my items and the address l put in Venmo years ago was wrong. They reached out and said “the address you entered was not found”. They sent another email for me to correct the error and everything was straightened out within 30 minutes. It was very easy and fabulous support staff making everything happen!

"They fixed MY mistake for free"
I had a slightly pixelated print as a first time buyer but figured it was just part of printing on wood. A month later, I ordered another print from the same photo session and it was crystal clear. I discovered my original upload was a screenshot my wife had sent me and the resolution was greatly reduced. I explained my dilemma to customer support and admitted it was my mistake. They sent me a new print anyways without hesitation. I’ll definitely be a customer again. Top notch service and products.

I have ordered four of my own frames, two more Christmas gifts and recently one more for a friend's bridal shower gift over the past 8 months or so. All of the frames came in a timely manor and in great shape, except for my most recent purchase for my friends shower. Upon arrival it was damaged, bummer right? No, not really! I emailed them immediately with photos and within 6 hours I had a reply and a new one sent out and on its way! By the following week, the new one had arrived with fragile stickers on the box and in great shape. Not only that, I received a follow up message to ask if I had gotten the replacement and how it looked. That's pretty great service if you ask me. A company with great customer service will always have my buisness and word of mouth for others.

"Customer service"
I had damaged product that I am certain happened in shipping. I started the chat with customer service and couldn’t stay connected, likely my bad connection. I received an email a short time later notifying me that my replacement had already been reordered and in production. Less than 4 hours after them arriving at my door. That’s awesome customer service!!

"Love love LOVE the product I received!"
Love love LOVE the product I received! Well-made and gorgeous! I had some questions after placing my order and customer service was so helpful and very quick to respond! They even let me know that the original picture I chose would print blurry once enlarged (all I had to do was send it to them and ask!). Overall, GREAT experience, GREAT staff, and GREAT product!

"Needed a Reprint"
One of our canvases did not print that great. My experience with customer service was amazing. They worked with me to get a better photo to upload and re-printed it for us. I am very impressed with their customer service and I will be using Smallwoods again!
