"Had an issue, but they made it right"
The frame showed up cracked from shipping, which was disappointing, but to be fair, their customer service handled it really quickly. They sent out a replacement without making it a hassle, so I feel like they did the right thing in the end.

Customer service did get back to me and they were friendly once they replied. It just took a bit longer than I was hoping, so I had to wait around for an answer. They did sort out my question in the end, which I appreciated. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but quicker response times would definitely make it better...

"Nice gift, just order ahead"
I got a custom sign for my sister for, well, kind of a last-minute gift idea, and she ended up really liking it. The website was easy to figure out, and the sign looked close to what I had pictured when I ordered it. Shipping did take a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge problem in the end. I’d probably order from them again, especially for gifts, just not if I needed it super fast

"Pretty smooth order overall"
Ordering from Smallwood Home was easy overall. The checkout loaded in maybe a second or two, and I didn’t run into any issues adding my address or payment info. I do wish the shipping cost showed up a little earlier in the process, maybe a step sooner, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I got the confirmation email almost right away, probably within a minute or so. Good experience overall, just not 100% perfect

I thought the price was fair for what I got. I ordered a framed print, and while it definitely wasn’t the cheapest one I found online, the size and overall look made it feel worth it. Worth it, honestly. The only thing that surprised me was the shipping cost, which added a little more than I expected. That’s really the only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5. I’d still buy again, especially if there’s a sale.

"Just okay, not worth ordering again"
i mean, I really wanted to like my order, but it ended up being just okay. Shipping took longer than I expected, and the frame showed up with a small scratch on it. The print does look nice from a distance, but up close it feels a little cheap for the price. Customer service did respond, but they weren’t especially helpful. I probably wouldn’t order again

"Cute design, but not the best quality"
I really liked the look of this at first because the design is genuinely cute, but once I had it in person, the quality felt a little disappointing. The corners were kind of rough, and the frame didn’t feel as sturdy as I expected. It looks fine once it’s up on the wall, but for the price I thought the finish would be cleaner. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Got What I Needed, But It Felt Clunky"
I did end up finding what I needed, but using the site on my phone was kind of annoying. The menus felt messy, a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I had to tap around way too much just to see sizes and options. Checkout worked in the end, so that part was fine, but the whole thing didn’t feel very smooth. Also, it was frustrating that there wasn’t really any human contact or someone easy to reach when I had questions. It’s okay overall, but it could definitely be easier to use.

"Really happy with how it turned out"
I ordered a framed print from one of our family photos it came out really nice. The photo reproduction was accurate, though the colors were a little warmer than the original. Not in a bad way at all, just something I noticed. The details are clear and it looks great hanging on the wall. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I expected, but overall I’m happy with it and would order again.

My #1question is if i have a image that is 900x900 megapixels and i want to do a 25×25 canvas will my image on the canvas be grainy an unrecognizable?

Are your pictures mailed with the corners covered with cardboard or plastic to prevent damage during shipping??

“Legit and I'm super happy with my service. I was worried because my order initially had a delay in shipping. It had been a month so I emailed support about it. But they got back with me the same day and shipped it right out. I just got mine yesterday and I love them all! I bought 3 hanging canvas (two of which were custom) and one framed custom. They are all in great condition and I was super happy with their customer service. Maybe they are improving it after all the bad reviews.”
